LIVERMORE, CA - Last Saturday, Congressman John Garamendi participated in the Livermore Rodeo Parade. The Congressman was honored to be riding a horse provided by Hoofprints On The Heart Adaptive Riding Center. Located on the historic Hagemann Ranch in central Livermore, Hoofprints on the Heart offers individualized therapeutic riding programs to individuals with special needs of all ages.
As a lifelong rancher, the Congressman seemed at ease riding on horseback among the people he represents. The parade winded through beautiful downtown Livermore where residents lined the streets waving at the parade participants.
"I am glad to take part in such a festive event in this lovely community," said Garamendi.
Garamendi continues to show his commitment to the people of the 10th district and is proud to support organizations like Hoofprints on the Heart.
