WALNUT CREEK – Lieutenant Governor John Garamendi, a candidate in the 10th Congressional District, today released a map of stimulus projects in the 10th Congressional District.
“A number of constituents have approached me and asked, ‘Where’s the stimulus money in the 10th Congressional District?’ Today my campaign has provided a helpful interactive Google Map,” said Garamendi. “There are many important projects in this list, projects that will put our residents back to work and improve communities throughout the district.”
Garamendi added, “I stand with President Obama on the need for stimulus to jumpstart our sluggish economy, and I want to hear input from people in the 10th Congressional District. Where do you think additional stimulus funds would be best spent? Over the next month, I will highlight additional projects that deserve federal money, projects I will fight for in Congress. The 10th Congressional District deserves a proven leader ready and able to deliver results.”
The map can be found here: http://www.garamendi.org/maps/stimulusprojects.
